The employee benefit consulting and actuarial services divisions have been rebranded AdviceAtWork (Pty) Limited. Today, as AdviceAtWork, our business sets out on a focused path to new success with a dynamic and highly motivated leadership team at the helm.The name change from Lekana Employee Benefit Solutions to AdviceAtWork represents not only a new corporate brand, but also a totally transformed business, structured into key specialised consulting and actuarial services including:
- Organisational transformation to employers and employees
- Employee benefit services including:
- Retirement fund consulting to retirement funds and employers
- Asset consulting to retirement fund and health care trustees looking for optimal investment strategies
- Health care consulting services to companies seeking an integrated approach towards health care.
- Actuarial and legal services underpin all of the above services.
Administration Services Clients: Relocation to Momentum
In order to achieve improved economies of scale and service efficiency through an integrated back office, Momentum has combined its various employee benefit businesses providing administration services into a single operation within Momentum. This means that the administration services previously provided by Lekana have been relocated to Momentum and operate under the Momentum brand.The relocation has the following implications for you as a client.
- Momentum becomes the fund's new S13B administrator and, as a result, the current Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the fund and Lekana will be amended to reflect this change.
- The administration of your fund will eventually be performed on the Momentum FundsAtWork operating platform. All Lekana administration clients will be migrated to this administration platform over time. To visit FundsAtWork please go to www.fundsatwork.co.za. You will be notified when this transition occurs. Until then, you can access your benefits on Flexibenefits or HR Interface. Please visit www.mebmac.co.za and add the site to your Favourites for future use. The above changes will not have an impact on the fund's service fees and the normal annual fee review process will continue to apply.
